Mornings with Mommy

Mornings with Mommy isn’t preschool. It isn’t childcare. It’s something different. ​Mornings with Mommy is a fun and easy way for you to enjoy activities with your children and meet other caregivers.


There will be age appropriate activities for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. And the best part is, we do all the planning, you just sign up! Caregivers can mingle with each other and enjoy activities with their children including: arts and crafts, sensory table, flannel stories and story time, music, educational toys, and a snack.

WHAT: Educational play-dates with Mommy

WHEN: From 10:00—11:00 am on the first and third Thursdays of each month

 

WHERE: Our Beautiful Savior Moncks Corner campus

 

COST: Five dollars per family per session. Payment can be made by cash.

Meet the Director

Welcome to the Mornings with Mommy Program!


I'm excited to meet families in our area and partner with them to provide educational activities and socialization for children and caregivers. Mornings with Mommy was a program I created when my children were young, and it has grown to 150+ locations throughout the US.


While the program name uses the word "mommy" it really encompasses the large group of people that care for children- Mothers, Fathers, Grandparents, Nannies and more! By giving children learning opportunities to grow, their development widens and sets them up for success in the future. I look forward to meeting you!

FAQs

Yes, registration is required for each individual session. Online registration is preferred, but if you do not have internet access you may also register by calling xxx-xxx-xxxx

Children age birth through preschool accompanied by an adult—that can be a Mom, Dad, Grandparent, nannies or any caregiver!

Each session costs $5.00 for each family (NOT per child). The registration fees are used to cover crafts, supplies and snacks.

Each session is a little different because each one has its own theme, but the basic format will be: We will begin with language and literacy activities on the big rug (stories, flannel board and songs). After that the director will explain the different stations set up in the room. These stations will include arts, crafts, sensory activities, gross motor skills and fine motor skills and an infant area. Then you will explore these activities at your own pace, while enjoying the company of the other adults. At 11:00, a snack will be served. You may enjoy it at Mornings with Mommy or take it to go for the ride home.
